- Your account must be in good standing (no unauthorized returns, chargebacks, or payment disputes).

Trial Period & Automatic Charge Policy
- Your 30-day trial period begins on the delivery date of your F2 component.
- If you decide to keep the product, your payment method will be automatically charged at 90% of the list price after 30 days—provided you upload a 1-2 minute short video demonstrating your F2 equipment in action.
- If you do not return the product within 30 days, or do not submit a video, your payment method will be automatically charged for 100% of the list price at the end of the trial period.

Return Process & Conditions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
